🔄 Refund & Return Policy / ریفنڈ اور واپسی کی پالیسی

🔁 Return Policy / واپسی کی پالیسی
English:
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received item is not the same as ordered.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
Urdu:
- اگر پراڈکٹ ڈیلیوری کے وقت خراب یا ناقص ہو۔
- اگر موصول ہونے والی شے آرڈر کی گئی پراڈکٹ سے مختلف ہو۔
- اگر واپسی کی درخواست ڈیلیوری کے 48 گھنٹوں کے اندر کی جائے۔
- پراڈکٹ کا پیکنگ سیل بند، غیر استعمال شدہ اور اصل حالت میں ہونا ضروری ہے۔
💸 Paid Installment & Advance Policy / ادا شدہ قسط یا ایڈوانس کی پالیسی
English:
Any amount paid as advance or in installments will not be refunded if the product is returned after opening the box or breaking the seal.
This is due to the nature of our business, where we operate on installment terms and cannot resell opened items.
Urdu:
اگر پراڈکٹ کا ڈبہ کھول دیا گیا ہو یا سیل توڑ دی گئی ہو، تو دی گئی قسط یا ایڈوانس رقم واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔
کیونکہ ہمارا کاروبار قسطوں پر مبنی ہے اور کھلے ہوئے آئٹمز دوبارہ فروخت نہیں کیے جا سکتے۔
🔄 Refund Policy / ریفنڈ پالیسی
English:
- Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned according to our return policy.
- The returned item is verified and approved by our quality control team.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Urdu:
- پراڈکٹ ہماری واپسی پالیسی کے مطابق واپس کی جائے۔
- ہماری کوالٹی کنٹرول ٹیم اس کی جانچ کرے اور منظوری دے۔
- ریفنڈ کی رقم 7 سے 10 کاروباری دنوں کے اندر ادا کی جائے گی۔
📦 Non-Returnable Items / ناقابل واپسی اشیاء
English:
- Opened, used, or mishandled products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
- Any product purchased on installment where the seal has been broken
Urdu:
- ایسی اشیاء جو کھول دی گئی ہوں، استعمال کی گئی ہوں یا غلط طریقے سے سنبھالی گئی ہوں
- خاص آرڈر پر بنی اشیاء
- 48 گھنٹے بعد واپس کی گئی اشیاء
- وہ اشیاء جو قسطوں پر خریدی گئیں ہوں اور ان کی سیل توڑ دی گئی ہو
💳 Refund Method / ریفنڈ کا طریقہ
English: Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer. Any advance or installment paid will be deducted or non-refundable depending on product condition.
Urdu: ریفنڈ اصل ادائیگی کے طریقہ کار یا بینک ٹرانسفر کے ذریعے کیا جائے گا۔ اگر پراڈکٹ کھولی گئی ہو تو ایڈوانس یا دی گئی قسط منہا کر لی جائے گی یا واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔
❗ Important Notes / اہم ہدایات
English:
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility (unless the issue is from our side).
- No cash refunds are offered for installment-based purchases once the product is opened.
Urdu:
- واپسی کی شپنگ کے اخراجات صارف کو برداشت کرنے ہوں گے (اگر غلطی ہماری نہ ہو)۔
- اگر پراڈکٹ کھول دی گئی ہو تو قسطی خریداری پر نقد ریفنڈ نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
